Return / Refund Policy

At Titan Packaging, we endeavour to make our customers’ shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

We encourage our customers to take advantage of the product details on our website before making a purchase. Please contact our friendly team members via call or email if you’d like to receive more details about our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email within 14 days from the date of purchase. If the goods are faulty upon arrival, please attach images as proof. In line with our products’ food-safe and hygienic properties, 

We offer return/ refund for the following circumstances:

  • Faulty products (refund or re-send items)
  • Unused products (return and refund, limited to order Quantity 1 carton and above, the carton(s) must be unopened) 

We cannot offer return/ refund for the following circumstances:

  • Over 14 days from date of purchase
    Used items
  • Goods in opened envelope/ cartons


Once the goods are inspected and approved upon return, we will issue a refund back to your payment method used for your purchase. Order cancellation must be advised to us via email within 24 hours (1 business day) from your order being placed. We are unable to cancel and/or refund orders after the order being dispatched.
