When can I expect my online order?

Our team will dispatch your order in 1 business day once the order has been received. Standard shipping will take 3-7 business days (delivery to WA will take 5-7 business days) and Express shipping will take 1-2 business days.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive full tracking information once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Alternatively, you may contact us for more assistance.

Does Titan Packaging offer express delivery?

Yes. We offer express delivery (Australia only) with additional costs.

Where do you ship?

We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand.

Do you accept Returns/ Refund?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email within 14 days from the date of purchase. For more information, please visit our Return/ Refund policy page.

Are the products certified?

Yes. Our products are HACCP and IS0 9001 Standards Certified.

Do you offer large quantity discounts?

No. We only offer large quantity discounts for custom orders.

Are your pouches Recyclable/ Bio-degradable/ Compostable?

We proactively source eco-friendly materials where possible and promote sustainable practices within the industry to achieve this goal.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. We offer sample packs of our plain packaging products. Please select up to 5 or 10 items and add them to your cart. 

We also offer printed samples for quality, size, and finish references for custom-printed orders.

What are your payment options?

We accept payment upfront from any major leading credit cards.

Do you have a showroom that I can visit?

How to view orders?

Once you have placed your order a TAX invoice will be automatically e-mailed to you with a summary of your purchase. 

 

Should you wish to view your product please log into your account. Your order will be logged in your account. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require assistance.

Do you always carry stock of all your products?

Yes. We always carry stock of our core items. Otherwise, stock availability will be displayed on our shop site.

Do you offer custom printing?

Yes. We offer flexible options that cater to our customer’s unique needs. Our custom-made services include digital printing (MOQ 2000 units per SKU) and Gravure printing (MOQ 10000 units per SKU)
